Welcome to my website! I am very excited for this school year. My name is Mrs. Anderson. I have a passion for education. I enjoy learning and believe in helping my students become life long learners. 

I graduated from Connellsville Area School District in 2005. It is an honor to work in my home district. I obtained my bachelors degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in History from Robert Morris University in 2009. During this time I had the privilege of working with wonderful professors who helped me become the educator I am today. I then went on and obtained my Master's Degree in Reading with a Reading Specialist certification from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 2014. Reading and literacy are passions of mine. I believe that literacy is essential to life long educational success.

My husband and I enjoy living in this beautiful, scenic region. In our free time, you can find us working in our garden, hiking on local trails, and exploring the outdoors. Family time is important to both of us, and we are fortunate that our families live in the area. We love visiting family, taking trips together, and relaxing at home with our daughter Nellie and dog Chipper.
